Product replacement :

Only if a product is sent that does not match the product registered on the invoice within a maximum period of 3 days, and if the customer wishes to replace the product due to a customer error, he must return the order by shipping it with SMSA or any shipping company to the following address:

The customer bears the shipping cost. After checking the condition of the product, the new product that matches the customer’s request is sent and the shipping cost is borne by us (Beit Al Hana and Commercial Perfumery).

In case the error is on the part of the company, the customer must hand over the order or product to the shipping company and we will issue a return policy and send it to the customer. After receiving the order and verifying its condition, we will issue a new invoice to the customer for the same product or we will return the product amount to the customer's account within a maximum period of 15 days, deducting any discount percentage made through the store.


Product return :

1 - The customer must notify us within a maximum period of 3 days, and no return will be accepted after this period under any circumstances.

The customer takes a picture of the damaged or unusable product and sends it to us via the company’s WhatsApp (0538189070). After verifying the condition of the product, the customer is compensated with the same amount recorded on the invoice, and any amount that was deducted during the order is deducted and the amount is deposited into the customer’s bank account ((No other deposit method is accepted)) within a maximum period of 15 working days after the customer returns the order, either by shipping it to the company’s address registered above or by returning it to the store located in Riyadh, Al-Nadwa neighborhood, Al-Muheet Street.

2 - If the customer decides to return the products due to dissatisfaction with the product or for any reason the customer deems appropriate, the customer must inform us within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order. The customer must bear the cost of the first shipping and the cost of the second shipping (for the purpose of returning the products). If the customer is unable to ship (return the products), we will deduct the cost of the first and second shipping with a 20% discount from the value of the products (due to the customer's inability to return the products to us) and return the amount to the customer's account within a maximum period of 15 working days. The return will be made according to the payment method used by the customer in the store.



* Some products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Such as henna fingers, henna nail polish, henna cones, oils of all kinds, hair and body accessories, and creams of all kinds.

*The product cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances after more than 3 days have passed since receiving the product .
